Yes - simply MIDI map them. Go into the MIDI config and see if they are already assigned to some other function. If not, you can add them yourself.
Hello,
I'm using two CDJ-350 as midi controller with Rekordbox 5.1.1 and all works perfectly, but, from this version BEAT JUMP control with the search buttons of the CDJ are not working, in previous versions of rekordbox the search button performs a 4 or 8 beat jump (don't remember exactly) but now search button performs as search like regular CDJ use.
There are any way to recover beat jump function?

Yes simply but, the magic of rekordbox with Pioneer products is that they are plug and play. Why they removed this function, that was working perfectly in previous versions?
Anyway I can't change the MIDI maping of the CDJ-350 when they are connected, because I didn't see it as MIDI device.
Chances are it wasn't removed, but rather, something on your end changed.
I Also made a the same complaint in the beta forum and it did not get addressed. I am using cdj200's in controller mode. the beat jump interval is now something like 9.3 beats for search button's and is no longer operating the same way it did in all previous version of rekordbox at 8 beats.
this function is not midi mappable because the hardware does not show up in the midi setting dropdown menu when connected.
clearly this is on the rekordbox end because I still have my old computer running a previous version with the function behaving correctly.
I've escalated this to our rekordbox team to be fixed. Thanks for your patience!
Is there any news about this problem ?
I also use cdj-350 (x3) and it's very annoying, almost wish i did not do the latest update. :-(
What happened is the seek function changed (globally) so all players were matched in terms of their operation for consistency across hardware. As an unintended side-effect, what was once a beat-jump became a seek function. They have been considering how to implement a change for this but have not yet decided. Thanks for your patience.
I understand we need to be patience, but ithas been 5 months allready....
Is there a way to go back to a previous version ?
Thanks in advance.
Currently, no, sorry.
Still no solution with the new update.... :-(
No, nor was it planned for this update. Sorry!
