DDJ-1000 / Rekordbox & OBS on Mac

Hi I hope someone can help me, I recently took delivery of my DDJ-1000 and I've been trying to stream audio via OBS to facebook live. I have a Scarlett 2i4 external sound card if needed. Can somebody shed some light on this for me?

I have read a few other posts on here none of which i could get to work.

I am running a Macbook Pro.

For starters, rekordbox doesn't like the Scarlett family of audio devices.

That said, have you looked at any of these guides?

I haven't got a DDJ-1000 on hand to be able to create the guide for it yet, but see if something in there is similar in function, they're all pretty close.

Right okay, ill put the Scarlett to one side for the moment and try soundflower, hopefully this will solve my issues. Thank you.
