XDJ-RX & Rekordbox cannot change pitch

I am using a XDJ-RX with rekordbox on a macbook. All works fine but i cannot adjust the tempo/pitch via the controller. It seems on the screen of the controller the pitch is set to the master (in orange 'master' written at bottom). I have tried switching off the master tempo button on the controller and on the software but still cannot change the pitch on controller. I am sure it is an easy fix i just cannot find anywhere on the website anyone having same problem. Can anyone help? Thanks

Are you in PERFORMANCE mode in rekordbox, and have you set the RX to MIDI mode?

Hi,

am having similar problem.. Rekordbox with xdj-rx cant change pitch at all. (other funtions seem to work)

Rx is in Midi mode and Rerkordbox in performance

Rekordbox says there is a newer firmware available but the dowloand site doesnt show any.

my current RX firmware is 2.20 (cant update cause of the site) and rekordbox is the newest 5.2 that I downloaded a week ago

am quessing that 5.2. doesnt compute with 2.20 firmware?

any help?
