Formatting flash drive

Hi!

So my music library and playlists of rekordbox are currently all on my flashdrive.

However I need to do a format to clear some space.

Technically that would mean the following:

1. Move music to external hard disk

2. Format flash drive

3. Move music back to flash drive

Is rekordbox still going to remember all of the playlists, synchronizations?
