rekordbox not analyzing or importing tracks any more

please help, rekordbox was working fine for 5 days, importing and analyzing tracks non stop, I got 5 folders in, imported and analyzed without any glitches, but all of the sudden it is not letting me import any folders or tracks, and it stopped analyzing the tracks already in the playlists.

The import folder option is not working, and the explorer route, selecting folder and left clicking to import folder as a playlist is not working either.

What happened ??

Latest version of rekordbox, windows 10, i7 intel, external hard drive with all my music, about 40 folders with about 30 thousand songs and videos mp3 and mp4s, all these are analyzed and working with Serato
