DDJ-1000 No effects-tail on master channel??

When applying reverb or delay effects on the MST-channel, there is no tail when turning it off.   the effect just cuts off  completely.    when applying such effects on any other channel   it still keeps a nice tail (like it should). Why doesn't this work the same way as it does on all the other channels?

I have tried setting the biggest and slowest buffer settings but it doesn't help a bit.  I use my DDJ-1000 on a macbook pro i7-core 8gb ram  and also a Windows laptop i7-core  16gb-ram.  I am using the latest version of rekordbox  and firmware 1.04

please help
