Can you please record a video of that happening? It sounds like it's "instant triples" by the way you're describing it!

Ddj 1000 instant doubles
Hello i've a problem with instant doubles.
It work but i don't think it's normal as i get 2 seconds without sound when i do it:
When pushing the instant doubles "double Button" the controller try to load the selected song before double it so: first it load the song, then unload it, and to finish it double it...
I don't think it should work like that, but tell me if i'm wrong. That's maybe messy so you should try yourself an instant doubles and see what happen. Thing strange it work normally and really good with my mouse....

I’m having a similar problem. When I load the instant double it’s a fraction of a beat off grid... and the grid marker on the second track actually changes position. Almost as if the second deck is running slightly faster. I’ve tried toggling instant doubles off, and on. it does the same thing. Almost like the software is trying to set you up to chase the beat with the crossfader.

Can you also show the controller in the video when that happens? All I can see is the screen but have no reference as to what's happening with the buttons of the controller. Thanks.

Well i understand but i have No idea how i can record the controller in the same time.. Anyways in that vidéo all i do is instant doubles (double click the load Button)... That's it and you can see how it's going wrong

mine is/was different from his video... mine loads the song only once... but the grid of the duplicated track actually changes and it loads about a 1/2 a beat off..
I will try to duplicate it when I get home and shoot a. video.
It may be because I was about 6 hours deep into a practice session and my computer was getting overheated or something g.

Tried with quantize on and. off
sync on and off
not sure if it’s a settings issue or what but thought it was really weird the grid. actually changed .
also tried locking and. unlocking the grid.

happens really randomly... mostly when the song being doubled isn’t highlighted, but also when it is.
