Serato songs not loading

I recently bought a Ddj-SB3 when i started using it the software was very glitchy for example when i plug in controller an load first song its instant after that every song has to load an analyse which takes 30 seconds to 2 minutss depending, most times i wont get any id3 info, bpm specs until wel after the song jas finished. And yes have anaylsed my library multiple times, all info is there in serato library just not on the decks when loaded.

Are you using Serato DJ Intro or Serato DJ Pro?

What is the file type you're trying to import into the software?

Serato dj pro, and not sure i believe mp4? There coming straight thru from my iTunes account.

Are they possibly iTunes Music songs -- not purchased, but part of your subscription to their streaming service?

Nope i purchase all music, no subscription to iTunes music ever. Again all song info is shown in serato library, but when loaded onto deck seems almost like it has to reanalyse the song each time...it has always worked no problem on virtual dj with my numark mixer...

Once you've loaded and analysed the track, you're saying if you load the song again, it re-analyses the track to rebuild the waveform a second time?

Yes exactly! And while its rebuilding the waveform i have no bpm info...
