DDJ SX SOUND PROBLEM

Dear all,

I have a big problem with my ddj sx mixer,

I am not getting any sound from out puts,

I have only very very thinny sound goes out from headphones.

Can someone help me out on this matter.

I will perform in an event next week, I need a solution urgently,

@Ersin > Can you please tell us which software you're using with the SX, and the OS on your computer? Have you installed the drivers, etc.?

Hi there,

I am using the latest version of Serato as software and all drivers are have been installed. :(

I have intel İntel İ7 windows 10

I am using the same computer for 2 years, Did not have any problems till now,

Do you have another computer with which you can test the SX to troubleshoot if the problem is with the computer or the SX itself?

Yes, I have tried already with another pc but the result is the same.

I guess I need to bring it to technical service.
