Hi, having some trubble with one of my cdjs.. after like 1-2 minutes of using, both screens starts to lag(upper screen and the one on the platter),stutter and 5 minutes after that, every button I press dosen’t respond. It work perfectly about a month ago(don’t play that often). I’ve tried to change where I put the USB, update the firmware, factory reset etc. Is there something else I can try or do I have to turn it in for repair?
If it's only one of the CDJs exhibiting this issue and the other works normally with the same USB drive, I would recommend you contact technical support in your region to arrange for testing or to send it for servicing, as it could be an early indication of a component failure or possible a bad solder point.

1) Check the firmware version; update if necessary.
2) Try using a different brand USB drive with faster read/write speeds.
3) If that doesn't work, let us know.
Hi again! Tried both now but it still lag, I’ve got version 4.33 on both of my cdjs, and I’ve tried a usb 2.0 and 3.0. Still nothing, but I Also tried connecting it to a computer and it work without lag.
