tenho uma licença do rekord box, mas quando insiro ela na minha conta, diz que já está sendo usada por outra conta, sendo que apenas eu utilizei ela na mesma conta

Did you get the license with a product (like a DDJ)? Or did you purchase just a rekordbox license?
Have you already installed the license somewhere else?
If you login to your account at PioneerDJ.com (top right), click your name (again, top-right), then click the Licenses menu item, do you have any products listed at the right?
não há nada cadastrado, eu consigo a licença ao comprar uma controladora da pionner. Eu havia colocado minha licença em meu not, mas o not deu problema e tive que formatar, quando baixei dnv o rekord box e entrei com minha conta dizia que a licença estava sendo usado por outro usuário.
