Same on battery without DC electric source ?
see :
I just received my new DDJ 1000, but it is giving a lot of intermittent disturbances in sound output from Master output 2. I tried changing wires, wall power outlets, speakers and songs, but it has problem everytime. I did not check sound problem in headphones.
Do I need to return the unit or is there any software update?
Thanks

Turned out ASIO driver is creating the problem. By turning the Asio off, disturbance is gone but not Beat FX channel select button on Master does not work. Looks like it needs an software fixing, Pioneer please let me know what to do - replace the system or something else?
Thanks
@Varun > Please try the beta of rekordbox and the beta firmware for the DDJ-1000.
@Oliver > Please stop posting that everywhere - it's not applicable to EVERYTHING.
@pulse > please check my open ticket and his history, and other post. I'm very disappointed. I've cleaned some post but you don't know the several hours, days and night i've spent on this to avoid a return or a refound. But peace or contact me (private mail). I want just to help and share. But i regret to share.. now
I'm sorry you were potentially seeking a return / refund for an issue which was not directly caused by Pioneer DJ, but rather by a change Microsoft instituted in their operating system.
You don't need to regret spending the time to find the solution, or trying to help everyone, all I'm asking is you please let the support team provide the information where applicable, as you had posted it to a topic where I shared an updated DJM driver -- which was the solution, not the Intel Turbo change.
Hi Pulse,
When I tried updating the beta of rekordbox, it says you may loose all saved cue points and other information by doing this update. I can not take that chance. Is there any better option?
Thanks
Varun
Make a backup of the library, then run the beta. Chances are you won't lose any data, but they add that line as a precaution.
