DJM250MK2_Is DVS NOT compatible ?

 Hello , having purchased the DJM250MK2 , it seems that it is NOT compatible with the DVS recordbox vynils (As per 2017 user guide from your site) . So far all is installed + pioneer vynils  , set-up incl.drivers etc. work perfect in digital  but nothing happens with vynils ...I assume it is not compatible or i missed a specific DVS driver install update ? could you help me to get a clear view before i relook the system set up etc...recordbox is just latest version 5.2.2
