Windows 10 detected DDJ-SR2 but cannot do anything in Serato DJ Pro

My DDJ-SR2 has been working for a while at least 6 months with Serato DJ. I then upgraded to Serato DJ Pro and was still working. I then wanted to use SDJ Pro with my Mixtrack Pro III. It worked fine. But when I connected SR2 back it stopped working. It would allow me to load tracks and browse tracks BUT I cannot control it at all. Jog wheel, play button, etc. would not work. However, I can set cue points.

When open settings it showed me I have four decks for either CDJ / Vinyl. What's going on? I even uninstalled SDJ Pro and the SR2 drivers a few times. It still would not do anything.

Do I need to reset to factory setting? How do I do that? I'm very confused that it worked for a long time and just because I connected Mixtrack Pro III and it messed up the SR2. Very disappointing.
