DJM-S9 Performance pad freezes and won't turn off

3rd from bottom performance pad freezes effect and cannot turn off afterwards, unless power cycled. I am not using it on Serato or Rekordbox. Mixer was updated to New Firmware 2 nights ago, and everytime i use or touch that pad, the effect stays on and it wont turn off at all.

Again, i'm just playing regular vinyl records no time code or serato use.

Can you confirm what firmware version is on the unit? And have you tried re-flashing it?

Newest firmware 1.08. It was updated this past Saturday..

But how do I reflash it??

Just run the firmware updater again, it may / may not run if it detects the firmware is the same.

Also on time code/serato that pad is completely inactive. I also noticed that the first from left bottom pad when pushed also triggers the effect lock on , but that one does work on serato.
