about license rekordbox

hi

i'm using rekordbox with my laptop and desktop pc, today i bought my new laptop. 

i already deactive my rekordbox in my desktop pc, but when i wanna actived my rekordbox in my new laptop, why rekordbox said "The license key you entered is being used for another rekordbox account. one license key cannot be used for more than one rekordbox account. ????

isn't my rekordbox in my desktop pc already deactived ?? please help me..
