licencia perdida

hola buen dia tengo una interface RX2, primero se activo la licencia en un ordenador IOS, ahora que me quise pasar a otra maquina, des active en ese computador y la quise activar en el otro, pero vote el papel donde dice la clave. Quisiera saber donde me pueden dar la licencia ya que en el registro de pioneer no me aparece. gracias

You can install the license on up to 2 computers. If you wish to change computers, we suggest you deactivate it through rekordbox first. Should you lose access to the computer, need to reinstall, or forgot before getting rid of it, you can file a ticket here and our support team can gather some information to help you release the license.
