It sounds to me like you're saying the effects are not heard in the headphones when cueing the channel -- that's because those particular effects are POST-FADER but the cueing is PRE-FADER.
About a year ago it was working fine, but now that I've set it up again for the first time in almost a year, the echo, reverb, brake and probably a couple of other FX as well are not working. The delay and sweep FXs are working, but the aforementioned FX are not working on the upper FX part as well as the pads. The strange thing is that it does work when using the software without the DDJ-RB.
I have already tried a lot of things like looking at the settings, reinstalling/updating the firmware, Rekordbox software updates and reinstalling, drivers reinstalling, removing all settings etc. etc.
I would love a response ASAP as I'm going to have to use it in a couple of days for about a week.
Thanks :)

Update
It is only the Headphones output when using the DDJ-RB ASIO that is not correctly using the FX mentioned in the post. The master output is fine. Still a little strange don't you think?
Thank you for the information. Googled it, tried some things and I completely understand how and why it works this way. I was just a bit confused while testing some stuff with just my headphones :p.
Thanks :)
No problem -- it's pretty complex to try and have multiple audio paths to route a preview for those effects when they're post fader, so most systems don't allow that. You can use the MASTER cue to monitor them, but by that time, they're already applied!
