ddj rb nothing will work

hello there , I have spent hours today trying to fuiger out how to use my ddj rb. I started by installing softwhere and all the drivers , I don't the proces and began using my ddj rb. Shortly after I noticed I could only use on th rack but this was quickly solved in settings. I then realised that my mid high and low nobs had no use. I tried for many hours trying to fuiger this probolem. The only dials I could use was the faders scratchers and pads. I am really confused and would love some help as this is my first controller. Thanks.

Which OS are you running? If you're using High Sierra (10.13), you need to make sure you actually installed the drivers by following these instructions:

1) Install the drivers
2) Disable the driver security
3) Install the drivers again right away

Even if you already have the drivers installed once, you need to run the installer again in order for the security prompt to become available (it stays active for 30 mins).

Chances are that's why your headphone output isn't working either; the audio device isn't properly configured because the drivers aren't loaded.

And I also can't fuiger how to use my earphones on the controller either.
