got a cdj 2000... everything was working fine till I made the terrific mistake of upgrade the firmware... my firmware version was something arount 2.XX... and I applied the last firmware (4.33)... since then, when trying to work with the usb (with playlists exported from rekordbox), first of all says that rekordbox database was not found... then it does not load the folfer/file structure, but the music files are there, you can browse then by artist/song, etc... then when trying to play an mp3 file it glitches as hell and does not play right (jumps into time and is a real mess)... Have tried to apply the firmware again (following all the directives, fat32, files on the root directory blah blah blah...) but says "GUI update file corrupted"...
I don't know what to do!!! please help!!!
And please, don't tell me is a hardware problem, as I said, before applying the "fatidic" firmware everything was working fine... maybe I didn't apply the 4.33 firmware well, but how I can correct this?
It could be an issue with the USB connection or some other internal issue; please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or serviced.

Did you download the firmware with Safari?
Hi, thanks for the response; negative, used google chrome (windows user) and I did it several times. Also re-checked the name and size of the files several times.
