Can someone please explain me why recordbox lose every setting i've done inside my smart playlist once in a month or 2 months?

I don't loose my playlist. Only my setting.

Is pioneer team set something to the program to loose our settings??

Sorry about this but WTF guys??

This is the first I've heard of it happening. I'll direct you to please file an inquiry ticket here and our rekordbox support team will be able to gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue.
