@Ilya > There are a number of reasons rekordbox may fail to launch or become unresponsive. First, check that you have disabled any security software,"performance enhancement" applications, or other programs running in the background which may be taking system resources away from rekordbox.
Second, ensure Windows and your hardware (especially the graphics adapter) have all the latest updates applied.
