Issues with Rekordbox 5.3.0 and iTunes 12.8

My iTunes library is no longer working with Rekordbox ever since it iTunes was updated to 12.8. I tried the option "Share iTunes Library XML with other applications" but with no luck. I even tried reinstalling but that did not work either. Does anyone have a solution to this issue as I have been reading similar posts and all lead to dead end.

Please try rekordbox 5.4.0 released yesterday.

I updated rekordbox to 5.4.0 and the issue was the same. All my music files under my iTunes library were showing a yellow exclamation mark. I decided to check to see what was issue and noticed that the XML files that iTunes were generating were fixed to a drive locations (an oversight from my end). So I fixed it and now it works fine. It has an issue with identifying network drive paths, for example \\Folder as I have most of my music on a NAS.

For now the issue has resolved. I am testing it and if you don't hear from me in the next couple of days, it is still working.

@Allwyn > Knowing that they were on a NAS would have helped from the first post. ;)

@Davy > Do you have any changes which would make it something other than a plain-vanilla installation / configuration?
