XDJ-RX freezing

Recently tracks have been freezing for 5-20 seconds when using the controller. It happens more frequently on deck 1.
-6 different USB devices used and still same issue
-reinstalled rekordbox and still same issue.

-Usually AIFF files

Any suggestions to remedy this?

Does it happen when not using AIFF files with those same USB drives?

yes. all file types, but more often with the larger size

Larger how, like hour-long mixsets?

No. Larger file size as in AIFF files and WAV.
It freezes on every type regardless of track length and file type.
Mainly on deck 1. It's also rarely reading USB on slot #2. 5 different USB devices attempted.

If you're having problems with the USB ports themselves, I'll direct you to please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or serviced, as it sounds like it could be a loose solder point or other connection issue.
