Recently bought the Pioneer DDJ-400, literally had 2/3 weeks. So new to this completely, now suddenly when I press the cue button no noise comes through my headphones (it was working perfectly the night before). I have got the latest up date for rekordbox, and I haven't messed around with any of the details on the settings there all still on the default mode.
What is it you're tying to cue -- the master or a channel? Do you have the cue button selected for that source? Is the cue / master mix knob turned to the 12 o'clock position so both sources are audible?

I am getting the same issue. Using the DDJ-400 with Algoriddim DJ-Pro and a PC with Windows 10.
Everything works as expected but the headphones will only play the master output, will not cue with sound from the inactive check, despite trying everything I can. Help ASAP please. Thanks!
