I absolutely love the DMX box and software that you guys have but I would like to make a suggestion. As a mobile DJ, it would be amazing to be able to just do a static light show or a premade loop.
For example: When I am DJing a wedding, when I do the first dance, I don’t want my movers going nuts. I just want a solid blue light coming out of my pars. Or when I play during dinner, I would like to keep a static color throughout the whole dinner.

I know it and share your frustration -- this was one of the first things I added to my list of feedback items when reviewing the software before launch. Unfortunately it's not yet available and I don't have any information available as to if/when it will be included.
I have developed a work-around which I'll post up soon.

Agreed. Ability to set up basic scenes without music is a must for a mobile DJ. It is interesting that they didn't think of this, seeing that Rekordbox lighting is MADE for mobile DJs! The club DJs and festival DJs have their own consoles and LDs!! :)
