No sound output from XDJ RX2

Just unboxed my new xdj rx2 controller and have some tracks ready to go off of a USB drive. When I turn the controller on all of the lights pop on and Im able to freely access the tracks on the drive, but when I go to hit play there is no sound at all, nothing from either the speakers or the headphones I have plugged in. All the buttons seem to work fine and it looks like the songs are playing on the screen, there is just no sound. Ive adjusted the master and headphone knobs but that doesnt change anything.

Please help :(

Hi I need help! I just unboxed my pioneer xdjrx2 and loaded tracks from record box to play, along with the newest firmware update for the system. I can play the tracks from my flash drive but I can't get any audio out to the headphones or my speaker, there are also no DB lights on the mixer. Please help

Hi I also get no sound through speakers and headphones. My songs are on the usb drive they load and play but no sound. I don't want the mac book connected just want to play from usb. Any help would be appreciated? Thanks

If you are getting signal on the channel meters (meaning the trim knobs are turned up), and there is level on the master channel meter, then press the headphone cue button for the source you'd like to hear (either the channel cue or the master cue) and turn the cue mix knob to the 12 o'clock position, then adjust the headphone volume.

Provided you have audio coming out the master, you should also hear audio in the headphones with the instructions above. If not, try the other headphone jack or a different pair of headphones / earbuds.

Thanks. I posted another comment and I think it was the usb drive I erased and formatted back to FAT32 that seems to have done the job. Thanks for your help.
