my unit less then a month old both side of the pad effects stop working.

I contacted Pioneed US they opened up a case number but no response from tech support... I just paid $1200 for a brick? 

needless to say if I DON’T hear from them tomorrow its going back to the vendor

A complaint of no response from tech support at midnight, after our agent initially said he'd call you at 10am today? That's hardly fair. Please give our agents an opportunity to provide support in a reasonable timeframe. Besides, it looks like our tech spoke with you twice today and you didn't rush to remove this post.

I have talked to  Curtis twice today but since its Friday in Japan so nothing is gonna be done to resolve this issue so I'm out of my unit for 4 days... It's really sucks that Pioneer does not have a proper US BASED ENGENDERING TEAM to resolve a simple USB based issue.

PS Even after twice talking to the tech I haven't received the email to attach the error dump files. Splendid service!!!

And that's why I have't remove this post In case you wondering

Curtis is in the USA, and I see you told him yesterday you were going to format your computer, so he told you to write back if you needed further help.
