License Roaming

Hi all,

I just bought a second hand DDJ 1000. The license is activated using xxx@yyy.com email

i want to force remove the license from that email and associate it a new email account. is that possible?

No, sorry. The license does not have to be sold with the hardware, so unless the seller submits a ticket to release the license, we are not able to change the owner. Imagine if someone emailed us and said "He said I could have it - his email address is xyz@abc.com"... and you didn't, you'd be pretty upset.
