Merging 2 Collections??

I have one 128gb devcice that I have over the years used 2 different laptops with 2 different rekorbox collections to sync to the 1 device. So the device has music from both collections.

Is there a way I can take the combined collection with playlists off of the device and put it into 1 of the rekordbox collections so all my music is in 1 collection instead of split across 2 collections on 2 machines?

With the library on Computer A, take the USB drive and connect it to Computer B, export whatever you want to migrate to the USB drive, and then connect it to Computer A. You'll see it appear as a device. Select all the tracks in the device's collection and right-click > Import. They'll then be added to Computer A.

From there, your best bet is to move the database and music to an external drive which you could then move between computers. Instructions for that are here.

Could you clarify these steps for me please?

The USB I have has the collections from both computer A and computer B on it.

When i connect the USB to either computer A or B and select all tracks then right click there is no "import" option on computer A or B. So I'm kind of lost.

My recommendation would be to WIPE the drive so you use it only as an intermediary between the two computers.

You would certainly have the ability to import the songs from the USB drive into a collection - just be sure you're selecting them from the USB device's songs, then right-click and Import.
