NEW* Pioneer Pro DJ DJM-450 HELP URGENTLY.

Hello, 

I just bought one Pioneer Pro DJ DJM-450 entirely new on Amazon; I am on tour. Now that we start testing the mixer with our DJ equipment you turn it on, and 10 seconds later it turns off automatically. 

When you play something, it turns off too. 

What can it be?

Sorry about that -- do you have the ability to test it with another DC power supply? It's difficult to diagnose something like this without access to a test bench, but the power supply is an easy one to check. Failing that, you may need to exchange it as DOA or contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have it serviced.
