Hello,
My problem is that I forgot to deactivate my licence key from computer that I already sold. I have all the information including licence key, invoice that I bought controller with the licence etc. I already filled 2 inquiries, but somehow I can not look at them on pioneer website. The only thing that I received from you was a reminder to my email that i must update my inquiry. But how if I can not log in, when I press my activities on pioneerdj.com a blank website opens and then nothing happens. I replied to an email that was a reminder with an information I was asked. I will be waiting for further support, because now it seems that nothing is moving forward. Thank you.
