Did you use the key on the black card or did you enter the number from the back of the unit?

Compre esta semana una pionner ddj400 y al instalar rekordbox en el ordenador, no me admite la KEY que viene en el mixer y estoy con la version de prueba de 30 días.

That's not your rekordbox serial - it would appear on a black card within the product package.
