Bought the DDJ-1000 today, but I'm not getting any audio through the headphones (either cue or master). Neither the 3.5mm or RCA output working.
I have tried putting the headphone mix in all positions as well as the level. The master cue button is on too. Please see attached image for the output settings - weirdly enough, I can hear the cue through my Macbook when I select either (or both) Output 1 or Output 2 for the headphone output. All firmware is updated, as well as software and drivers.
Please help!!
Change the audio device to DDJ-1000; you have your computer's internal audio device selected.
If you don't see the device listed, try reinstalling the drivers and follow the instructions here to disable the driver security.

I have the same issue. Pioneer DJ, can you link one more time "follow the instructions here" because it isn't work. Thank You :)
