so I've had my djm350 set for a few years and just got them moved to the states. i currently have travel adaptors for power. the cdjs picked up power normally and the red dot was on. the djm however has not picked up power yet. i ordered a small convertor to try and see if that makes a difference. should i get the u.s power cable separately? (i don't use the laptop at all, only usbs)
Most CDJs are universal voltage, but the DJM-350 is not. If the unit is not powering-up, it could be a blown fuse or failed power supply. Please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or serviced.
