Recently purchased DJM250MK2. All drivers and firmware are up to date according to rekordbox when I checked in settings.I now have the DJM connected to MacBook Pro via USB in order to record mixes using Audacity. In Midi settings and in Audacity DJM is set as my input and output is set to built in. For two weeks I get NO sound during playback. There is no waveform just a flatline during recording. I thought the problem was Audacity so I switched to Sound Studio and I still have the same issue. Both programs will only pick up sound when I use the built in mic from the laptop, which is not a useable source. I am the only person in my peer group having this issue and the only one that is using this particular mixer, so no one is able to solve the issue. Is DJM250 not compatible with recording software? Please help, I have work to turn in and can not waste another week with this. Any information would be great. Thank You!
@Amber > This recording how-to video is for the DJM-900NXS2, but applies to other mixers as well -- see if it helps with your issue, as the DJM-250MK2 should be similar.
