How to connect two CDjs with a LAN cable

Two months ago I had both players connected via LAN cable and they worked fine. I had to disconnect to place them in a different area and for the life of me I cannot get the both payers to sync via LAN cable.

I looked at all kinds of videos, still no luck. one of the players is brand new and I'm using the LAN cable fro the box it came with. Can someone point me to a video with all the steps or explain all the steps to do this, please?

So far, with no USB each player is set to 1 and 2

Both players see the USB stick when it is placed in each of the slots so I know its not the stick.
