- The seller can choose to keep the rekordbox dj key and sell the hardware without the key. In this case, you, the buyer, would have to purchase a separate license for rekordbox dj.
- If the seller said they would sell the key and have not, unfortunately we are unable to force them to deactivate it and give it to you. As noted in the last case, there is no obligation for the user to sell the key with the hardware. We are not here to police used equipment sales; if a seller does not meet their agreed terms, that's between you, the seller, and the channel through which you purchased (eg. eBay).
- If the user said they would sell it and has not yet deactivated, it could simply be because they don't know how. Ask them to file an inquiry ticket here, providing the license key and your email address, and our support team will deactivate it for him.
