@Christian > Which build of Windows10 are you running on that HP?
The Utility/Driver on my new DJM750Mk2 won't install.....
I've installed and reinstall a billion times, tried run as administrator etc etc
Basically, you run it, the bar goes along, then you get to the T&C's and agree, then it goes to installing software, then that bar goes along then a little box that just says DJM-750Mk2 sits in the middle of the screen forever.
The Utility turns up in your Start menu but when you open it and go to "About" it says it didn't configure properly and to reinstall.
I do this a thousand times, doesn't work, turned off all security and did it doesn't work.
When I uninstall I did the normal way and with CCleaner.
Also the DJM-750Mk box in the middle of the screen never goes away even after you uninstall. unless you shut the whole thing off.
I managed to install it on another Laptop running Win10, but it's not my preferred laptop and it's slow.
This is driving me up the wall, please Help.
I'm on a HP ZBook with Win10Professional

I have exactly this problem on my HP Spectre, I'm running the latest windows
It says:
Edition: Windows 10 Pro
Version: 1809
Hello,
I'm having the same issue with my Dell XPS 15 9570...
-RAM 32GB
-intel core i9
-windows 10 (latest update)
Please help!
@Chandler > Are you installing the drivers by right-clicking and selecting "Run as Administrator" without the DJM connected via USB?
@Pioneer Yes, I did both accordingly. Still no luck. Is there anything else I can do? I’d love to solve this ASAP so I can use my mixer setup with my laptop.
Yes I have exactly the same issue as well and it's driving me insane!!!
Windows 10, Dell XPS i7, 16GB RAM
Are you possibly trying to install it while the DJM is connected via USB? If so, disconnect it, reboot, and try again. If that doesn't work, you may need to leave the USB connected, open the device manager and remove any default drivers possibly installed by the OS, then disconnect the DJM, reboot, install the drivers and then connect the DJM and test.
I'm having this exact problem as well; I've tried running the file as administrator, I've ensured there are no existing default drivers to delete, the mixer isn't connected to the laptop, I've even enabled test mode on my laptop to make sure it's not a driver signature issue. Nothing works. I'm on Windows 10, Build 18362.19h1_release190318-1202, Asus laptop. Somebody please help.
So FYI I installed Rekordbox on a different, older machine (still Windows 10 but with an I3 processor) and the audio driver completed the install and everything works fine. The laptop that the install wouldn't work on is a work computer and therefore has more software running the background for security etc. It isn't in anyway locked down and I have full admin access to install everything but I'm guessing there's something running in the background that doesn't like the audio driver security / certificate or something. Purely a guess but either way, given this problem has clearly been encountered by a lot of people it would be nice if Pioneer could look into it and issue an updated Windows driver to deal with it given the latest version was published in 2017 and maybe more recent security patches or something are now not compatible??
