Rekordbox issues

I just purchased some DDJ 1000, and imported the my songs. Although when I run the programme for 10 minutes it freezes, sometimes it unfreezes but most of the time is doesn’t, what can I do to stop that?

@Basic > Unfortunately the problem is likely your AMD processor; rekordbox requires an Intel i-series processor.

@Basic > As @Adam was trying to start digging ... we need a lot more information before we can determine the cause; can you answer:

- Windows version / build
- CPU model
- RAM (in GB)
- graphics chipset / driver version in use
- whether or not you have disabled the Intel Turbo boost / have set the maximum CPU use to 99%

Windows version - Windows 10 home / 10.0.17763
CPU - AMD a9-9410 radeon r5, 5 compute cores 2c + 3G, 2900 MHz, 2 core(s), 2 logical processors.
Ram - 8GB
Graphics - AMD Radeon(TM) R5 Graphics
I’ve installed the latest driver for the graphics
And I’m unsure on how to limit my cpu to 99%.

The driver version is - 22.19.180.1025
The install date is 26/10/2017, which seems quite old but my laptop is saying that it is the latest driver
