I activated recirdbox on my laptop with my account.
The laptop suffered electrical damage and the motherboard and hard drive no longer work. It is to costly to fix.

Did you use this form? You'll need to provide the email address and license key number - just put in the comments that you'd like to deactivate any installations associated with that account.

I open a ticket twice, one each week, and no response from pioneer.
