rekordbox lyric - not working

I am having trouble getting the lyrics to load. I see they are supposed to come up (using the demo files) and nothing comes up. I purchased VIDEO and LYRIC and still no help with the lyrics.

I notice when I click the lyric button at the top to activate it nothing happens.

The video function to drop in the visuals as well as add text work fine...just not the lyric function. Running an Alienware m17 with i7 and 32GB of ram outputting through VGA port.
