Have you checked the device manager to see if it appears there? What about if you connect it to the B port on the mixer?

DJM900NSX2 problem with connection via USB
Hello to everybody,
I have DJM900NSX2 over 2 years now. I have problem with connection with pc (I try Windows PC and MacBook) after installing new firmware 2_1.210. I cannot see the mixer connect in PC app (DJM-900NSX2 settings utility). Does anyone have the same problem as me? Or is it here someone who can solve this problem?

Hi,
Yes I have already plug in the cable in USB2. Now The pioneer settings (app in Windows) show me there is connected to PC but when I want use The OBS studio for recording/streaming, OBS studio can show me connected audio DJM900-NSX2 but I can´t play any sounds from this device... It is absolutely death by sound... The only one software what i can use for recording is AdobeAudition because I can choose The channels for recording in this soft (channel 9/10). Please help me anybody, I am really desperate in this f**king situation...
