Toraiz SQUID: Expanded copy/paste functionality

It'd be nice to be able to copy/paste TRACKS as well a Pages within a Track.

For example, at the moment, if I start a pattern that is a single page and then expand it to 4 pages I have no way to copy page 1 info across the rest of the pages.

Seconded. I think you mean pages in a pattern tho - tracks don't have pages :-)

Also, when a pattern size is increased, the existing data should be auto-copied to the other pages. So, if I have a 1 page pattern and I change the pattern to be 4 pages, the first page should be automatically copied to the other three. This would speed up workflow.
