DJM 800 cue hum

Hi there,

Cue on for a channel I use, I touch the back panel of the mixer and a weird noise/hum appears in my headphone. It goes away if I touch the back panel with an other hand, or if I stop touching the back panel.

Similarly, cue on, I touch the plate of the turntable, hum appears. At the same time I touch the back panel of the mixer with my other hand, hum goes away.

I'm pretty sure it is something to do with the grounding and I miss some very basic knowledge here, so sorry for my ignorance, but if anyone could help me how to fix it that would be highly appreciated!

Electrical interference or a ground hum can come from any device connected to the DJM, it may not be the DJM itself causing the issue. Please try isolating the source by disconnecting all outboard components and connect them one by one.
