Hey guys! So I’m completely new to djing. I just purchased the rx2. Since I don’t have my computer yet, I’m trying to play just using my usb for now. I loaded a few songs to my usb and plugged it in. I loaded the songs and it shows them playing but I don’t hear any sound from my headphones. I’ve tried moving around the suggested knobs/faders/settings on the decks but still no sound in my headphones. My question is do I have to connect a computer first to update the firmware and install rekordbox or should it be able to play from a usb as is out of the box? My songs load to both channels and it seems to be playing but I can’t get any sound.

@Dustin > You don't need to connect to a computer - just make sure the channel trim is turned up to a level adequate to show signal on the channel meter. Also check that your channel input selector is set to the correct source.
