DJM 450 driver install issue

I'm having an issue installing the driver for my new DJM 450 mixer. I was running High Sierra macOS. I found out that apple blocks downloads from 3rd parties. So i fixed my mac to be able to download from any source, like mac previously had been able to. I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled multiple times and he driver still shows up in disabled software in my system utilities. The Mixer seems to be connected in its own settings, but the driver is no where to be found. It still says shows up in disabled software.Even after i uninstall. Ive also read that the file sometimes comes in zip form. My file was not. The file only shows the installer. And says that it was able to install successfully, but the software is no where to be found and still pops up in disabled software. I updated my macOS to the latest OS Mojave last night. Hoping that i would be able to reinstall the driver and that it wouldn't pop up in the disabled software section of system utilities. But it still does and i have no way of locating the software. If you could please guide me with steps on how to solve this issue it would be greatly appreciated. Ive spent the last three days troubleshooting trying to locate the software . un installing the driver and reinstalling multiple times. But the driver doesn't pop up n the sound setting screen in rekordbox. It only says "built in input". Im completely stumped any help will be appreciated.
