Have you tried using a different make / model USB drive? Could be the drive is defective.

rekordbox corrupting my USB when exporting playlists
Everytime I try to export my playlists into my new Kingston USB, it gets corrupted and then I have to delete and so undone all the synched playlists.

Yes, in two different usbs, but it stills does the same... It's a real problem because I bought my xdj with the purpose of not using any computer but I can't till I get this problem solved...
