DDJ-1000SRT dual deck control

So I got my hands on a DDJ-1000srt, and the first thing I noticed was that i couldn’t find any dual deck switch. It was very useful on my DDJ-SX to double drop two tracks. Is there any way that it can be toggled on the 1000srt???

In our customer surveys we found that virtually nobody used that function on any existing hardware so it was not carried forward to newer models. Sorry!

That’s a shame. Is there anyway to remap the controls to have it working? If so, how?

Not to my knowledge, no - as that would require sending signals for both layers simultaneously.
