Having just set them up at home the Right XLR is giving an output but very low and poor sound whereas the Left one perfect.

FolgenDJM 900 NXS2 Master Out XLR only one side working
The mixer is only used by me for infrequent gigs at local venue. I doubt its done more than 50 hours use since new. No issues when using at last months gig and has been in its flight case in my house since. Took it to venue last night, hooked it up to CDJs and the sound engineers were only getting the left output into their desk. 2 very capable sound engineers tried all possibilities with their set-up and configuration of cables, DI boxes etc and concluded that the issue is with my mixer.
Any ideas what could be causing this? Seems odd for for something so basic?
1. LEDs on master show both L&R as normal
2. Output is set to stereo in menu
3. XLR socket is dirt and corrosion free and not loose
4. The unit is out of warranty period
I'm fairly capable of disassembling DJ equipment but before I even think about opening it up I wonder if anyone else has had this issue?

Sorry to hear you're having a problem with the output, please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or serviced.
I’m having a similar problem however it’s a distorted sound issue... one channel fine the other not, one of our low usage units as well so not been toured... any suggestions or how you fixed this?
We've seen this happen when someone connects their mixer to a console / mixer which has the phantom power enabled -- it fries some of the components in the mixer such that the outputs still work but may sound like crap. If this happened to you, it's possible the board you connected to only had phantom power enabled on one of the channels so the other was fine. Either way, please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
